The sales role is one that requires long hours, persistence, and a deep knowledge of OptConnect products and services. The sales team consists of dedicated employees committed to making sure the client experience is a great one.
Putting Customers First
From the earliest days of OptConnect’s creation, the mindset has always been to do all we can to take care of the customer. Customer service is at the root of every decision that the sales team makes. Organizationally, it’s never enough to just have happy customers; we need our customers to be raving fans and we do that by always rolling out the red carpet for them.
We roll out that red carpet by forming meaningful relationships with our customers and ensuring that they get the best possible service to be successful in their business. It is also accomplished by having a solutions first mentality, paying attention to the details, and focusing on understanding the challenges our customers face and how we can help alleviate those roadblocks. By striving to make connectivity more simple, easier and headache-free for our customers we allow them to focus on other areas of their business.
Our Team Members
As a tight-knit group, sales team members are rarely found too far away from one another. Be it in the office, traveling around the country to visit customers or prospects, or mingling with others at a tradeshow, you’ll rarely find one of these individuals by themselves. They push one another, they help figure out solutions to internal and external challenges, and they are fiercely competitive with everything they do.
Each member of the sales team comes from a unique background with traits that make them specialists in different aspects of the OptConnect sales objective.
From the aerospace industry to travel broker to retail sales to SaaS sales, our Sales Team comes together with over 100 combined years of sales and account management experience.
It is that experience that has quickly helped each of them become subject matter experts in various industries and it is through our customer relationships that we’ve been able to evolve our products to the fantastic items and services that they are today.
