Dedication, accountability, and adaptability. These are three words that best describe our team here in the OptConnect warehouse. Our team oversees the preparation and shipping of all OptConnect devices, doing our best to ensure that the product packaging shipping process runs smoothly.
This includes provisioning, receiving and shipping all of the sales orders that come through the system. Although we have a light atmosphere in the warehouse, we are a dedicated team that always puts quality and hard work over everything else. Together we accomplish some pretty big things.
Above & Beyond For Customers
Our customers always come first at OptConnect. We pride ourselves on taking care of our valued customers and doing whatever we can to help them be successful.
For instance, we had an order come in at the very end of the day a couple months ago for 200 devices and our customer needed them the next day. Unfortunately, our daily pickup from FedEx had already happened. As a team, we rallied together to get the order ready by staying late and getting the devices ready.
Since the FedEx pickup had already happened, one of our employees volunteered to drive the shipment to the airport to a FedEx location that could still get the shipment out that night.
The customer received the devices first thing the following day and they were able to keep their devices connected and didn’t have any interruptions to their business.
We strive to go above and beyond when it comes to our customers because we believe that the customer experience is invaluable.

What I love most about working in the warehouse is the hands-on aspect of the job. It’s nice to have the ability to move around and stay active throughout the day. Our CEO always says “this is where the rubber meets the road” and I truly believe that that genuinely describes how the warehouse functions within OptConnect.
